    In 1949 there were 33 wards. The number of wards stayed the same in 1963, but the ward boundaries changed. In 1986 the number of wards was 21. And in 1995 through 2008 there continued to be 21 wards but with different boundaries after each census. In 2010 there were 19 wards.
