Ward 12 Values Statement

The Ward 12 Council office gets hundreds of phone calls and requests each year. We hear about all kinds of problems. We hear about everything from code violations to neighbors fighting. 

Under Cleveland's current system, these calls make up most of the work for council members and their staff. Each call is a chance to make life better for everyone who lives in Ward 12. 

Councilwoman Maurer and the Ward 12 team are dedicated to responding to each call in a way that reflects our core values. Naming and sharing those values is an important first step in doing this. See our Ward 12 Values Statement.
