Community Meeting on the Stephen Howe Project

Community members are invited to attend a meeting at 5:30 pm, Thursday Fe. 17 with architects and the developers of a multi-phase development on the old Stephen Howe Elementary School. 

The first phase is to include 46 new construction townhomes for low-income residents. The townhomes will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and have 1 1/2 to 2 bathrooms. The project will be developed in phases.

The meeting is at Saint Martin De Porres Family Center, 1264 E. 123rd St. Community members are invited to ask questions and discuss any concerns. More information here.
